1. What this service is

Interpretive Bridge is an independent, non-commercial research project exploring how artificial intelligence interprets human questions. It is operated by an individual researcher and is currently available to a limited number of invited participants.

The service is experimental in nature. It is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind, and may be modified, interrupted, or discontinued at any time.

2. Not professional advice

Nothing generated by Interpretive Bridge — including any AI-produced answer — constitutes professional advice of any kind. This includes but is not limited to:

• Medical or health advice
• Legal advice
• Financial or investment advice
• Psychological or therapeutic guidance

If you have a question requiring professional judgment, consult a qualified professional. Do not make significant decisions based solely on AI-generated responses from this tool.

3. Your responsibilities

By using Interpretive Bridge you agree to:

• Use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms
• Not submit content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, or that violates the rights of others
• Comply with OpenAI's Usage Policies, which govern the underlying AI model
• Not attempt to circumvent the service's daily usage limits or security measures
• Not share your account credentials with others
• Not submit personally identifiable information about third parties without their consent

4. Your data

Questions you submit, the interpretations you select, your evaluations, and your account information are stored in a private research database. This data is used solely for the purposes of this research project. It is not sold or shared with third parties. Please see our Privacy Notice for full details.

Your questions are transmitted to OpenAI's API for processing. OpenAI's own Privacy Policy governs how they handle that data. Do not submit questions containing sensitive personal information.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the operator of Interpretive Bridge shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — this service, including but not limited to damages resulting from reliance on AI-generated content.

Your use of this service is entirely at your own risk.

6. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The version date at the top of this page indicates when it was last updated.
